Simple Theme – Header/Footer Color

I’m using Publii with the Simple theme (v2.2.1.0). Is it possible to change the color of the footer, and color of the header when scrolling up?

In Theme/Color/Hero Section/Background I’ve set a color for the hero header (green, #127432), but the footer and the ‘scroll header’ are both a dark grey (#17181E). If the hero header is set to any color other than #17181E, it looks strange when scrolling back to the top (abrupt change from #17181E to another color). I’ve searched through the Theme and Site settings but can’t find where to change #17181E to something else.

everything is possible

from simply adding few css line via custom css

to completely overriding the theme
