In general, web pages are designed to be viewed in a browser, not for printing, therefore we do not prepare the special “print CSS”.
However, if for some reason you need it to be print-friendly have a look at this article: https://www.sitepoint.com/css-printer-friendly-pages/

I fully understand your point.
But from a theme like ProDocs, which is Documentation theme i would expect to have the ability of Printing. Am i right?

I respect your point of view as well as everyone who needs some extra stuff, but this way the cost of creating the theme would be in the range of several thousand euros and wouldn’t cost 29 euros. Everything you can expect from the product you buy is described on the product page and you can also check it in the live preview.
If you need any extra functionality you can use for example our customization service https://getpublii.com/customization-service/
