Publii repository added to GitHub; let's develop Publii together!

When Publii was first conceived a key idea was that it could be developed publicly, with developers able to work together to grow its featureset and functionality; after all, a collective effort is often far more effective than working alone. At the same time, however, we also wished to ensure that Publii had a strong base to build from that would guide the direction of its development, holding true to its original goals.

For this reason the beta releases of Publii have included the source code within the app that could be accessed and modified. but it did not have a single online repository where developers could share their knowledge. The recent updates, most significantly the switch to Vue.js as the JavaScript engine and the rewrite of the source code that made the app code more cohesive and easy to add to, bring Publii up to a level where we feel it is ready to be released into the wild.

So without further ado, we're very happy to confirm that a new Publii repo has been created on GitHub so that developers can jump in and start making their own additions and changes to Publii. If you're a user who's not into coding, you'll still be able to get the latest releases from the Publii frontpage, but you'll also be able to follow development progress via GitHub if you want to see what's coming in the future.

Thank you all for your patience, and if you're eager to get started you can jump straight to the Publii GitHub repo by hitting the link below; we look forward to seeing you there!
